Thomas Bell, MFA, CPH

Thomas Bell taught courses at the University of Arizona where he earned his Master of Fine Arts degree and was a Dean’s Fellow. He received the Borders Fine Arts Scholarship for his first book, Headwaters and Other Stories.

Thomas has spoken on the Neuro Science of Success at New York University in Albany, presented at Hypno-thoughts Live in Las Vegas, and consulted for the world’s largest nonprofit, the Art of Living on Enrollment: the Heart of Selling. In addition to being a board-certified Hypnotist through the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICBCH), with 13 certifications in various forms of change-work, he’s also a former C-suite executive, certified MDMA-Assisted Therapist and Baptiste 200YT YOGA teacher. 

Thomas attributes his quantum leap up the corporate ladder, from struggling door-to-door salesman to a senior Vice President with 1,500 direct reports, to the application of spiritual practices and neuroscience to the world of business. At the peak of his professional success, he gave away his belongings and embarked on a three-year round-the-world bucket list, spending six weeks in silent meditation in 2012 and volunteering on an ashram for two years where he engaged in a strict regimen of daily breathwork, meditation, and Vedic wisdom.

Today, he’s the founder of Lucid Mynd, a Dallas-based executive coaching consultancy offering group and private client sessions to mission-driven professionals.

He believes achieving a state of Profound Presence is the solution to all your problems. With heart, humor, and an enduring commitment to serve their very highest intentions, this is the outcome he delivers to his clients and audiences. When he’s not deliberately gazing out the window of his 90-year-old, converted log cabin on White Rock Lake in East Dallas, you can find him chasing Dead and Company from coast to coast and backyard squirrels with his Border Collie, Shanti.
